1. One of the windows in our room was broken, it didn't close, there was a decent hole. They didn't fix it, they just hung up a "don't touch" piece of paper... 2. On the day we left, Internet stopped working. Reception said we were the one with the phone problem. Checked on three different machines, didn't work anywhere. DNS error or "overloaded network. " But nobody was looking into it. Eventually, we couldn't check in online and see the train schedule... 3. Departure time - to 11, with an announcement hanging with an appeal to leave until 10-11 hours due to possible queues, breakfast will be allowed and later - it's already somehow unpleasant. when the wife had breakfast about 10 hours, she was in a hurry to finish... 4. There's a "river/garden view" in the description of the standard room. The setting was quite good and unbeatable within easy reach of a highly absorbing chocolate museum. There were comfortable armchairs, a sofa set, and big windows in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to a fascinating chocolate museum and the room was cozy and well-furnished with comfortable seating and large windows that provided a pleasant atmosphere.

I was a little nervous when I made the reservation, because the hotel reviews were different. It's worth saying it was one of the best places we stayed. All my fears were in vain... we checked in, it turned out we didn't have a double bed but two and a half beds together. We asked the girl at reception to look for another option. Although the entire hotel was booked, she contacted the hotel manager and we found the last room in the higher class for a small surcharge with a double bed. Thank you so much! Well done! room was very quiet with air conditioning. last one was especially important, because in Belgium air conditioning in a room is more of an exception than a rule... bed is comfortable... There's also an ice machine on the floors. It's very comfortable! You can cool your drinks very quickly... bathtub was big. Two separate washbasins, is very convenient in the morning... comfortable hotel... Delicious breakfast. first day we came in later and a lot of things were taken care of. We had fresh croissants and eggs made at our request. No complaints about our late arrival, quick and helpful staff in the restaurant... hotel has its own little spa. I can't say anything about it, because we didn't go, I've seen a lot of people go down there... hotel is well located. It's a 5-7-minute walk to downtown Bruges... Comfortable parking is just across the street from the hotel... price is very reasonable. We'll definitely come back again.

The water in the room for 1.5 euros is included in the minibar. I think we could give these two bottles for free.

Simply no complains at all, lovely stay. Ideal and clean place. Pretty friendly staff, marvellous very central location for celebrating anniversary. Also, right off a canal with a couple of restaurants nearby. A wide array of nice food at breakfast time.

Comfortable rooms, close to main attractions, had a kettle and a sofa. The rooms felt really spacious and modern, with nice views of the sky. 🌟

The standard king room was large with balcony.

The hotel is located near the center on the canal bank. You can take a walk along the promenade to the city center. The hotel has a cozy courtyard with benches - the hotel transmits the climate of this small and cozy town. You can park your car outside for free at night. Breakfast is good. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are cozy - large in area. In Bruges usually all hotels are small and small - as well as the city itself - but walking through the narrow streets is always a pleasure.

The bar and breakfast room are a little reminiscent of the style a la 80. But there are a lot of bars in Bruges so it's easy to find the right one. The building is old, so if the wind is outside - draughts can give the impression of someone living in the closet and tapping on the door . But if you close the window tightly, the house is calmed down and you can sleep in peace.

The food was excellent, the room was impeccably clean, quiet, and had toiletries provided, with a nice view.

Good hotel to stay in Brugge, located not far from the city center in the quite canal. Little bit tricky to park the car.

- A separate story about the staff who, 5 minutes before the time of eviction, began to bypass the rooms demanding (and it was) eviction. At the same time there was no loyalty: the maid knocked on the door, opened the room with her own key and warned about the eviction (we were already standing with the bags, but as we learned from the open maid next door - the neighbors were not ready yet...). I consider such behavior unacceptable;. - The room was large and there was clearly little light in it. If you are a girl or traveling with a companion who wants to put on makeup, it will be a difficult task;. - This is the level of a hotel where you'd expect a minibar
